launch success

The number one mistake people make launching.

If you’re really worried about the type of launch you should do, it’s probably because you’re focusing on what other people are doing instead of looking at yourself.

I had a lightbulb moment when I was playing tennis the other day. I asked my instructor about how I should respond to my opponent’s movements. If they hit the ball in one way, how should I react? If they decide to do one move, what should my move be?

He told me to stop and get out of my head. He said don’t focus on what your opponent is doing. Focus on yourself.

The same is true in sales. It doesn’t matter what other people are doing! Focus on yourself! The only way to have success in your launch is to cut out distractions and comparisons and focus all your attention on what you are doing.

Inspiration vs duplication.

It’s okay to look at what other people are doing, but you should do so for inspiration, not duplication.

If someone else gives you an idea you want to try, great! But you have to add your own take and spin on it.

Don’t be a carbon copy of what everyone else is doing. Spoiler alert: that won’t sell! Because that’s not genuine to who you are.

Be inspired by others. But always do your own thing. Copying others won’t sell.

Tips for figuring out how you want to launch.

Here are my best tips for figuring out your launch strategy without looking to someone else for duplication:

  1. Focus on the transformation. Ask yourself, “What’s the transformation I want my clients to experience?” When you really know the transformation, you can determine how to sell it to them.
  2. Ground yourself. Take some time each day to get quiet and tune in to your intuition. I practice this, and it has been HUGE for my business.
  3. Get aligned. Instead of focusing on the details of what will work and what won’t, take time to really think about your values. What will work best is what you are most aligned with.

How To Set Yourself up for Success When You Launch Your Offers: The Bottomline

The most important thing when it comes to launching is being in love with your offer. When you’re naturally passionate about what you’re selling, your enthusiasm will be contagious! If you’re not in love with your offer, why spend so much time and energy trying to make it work? Focus on how your offer can best serve your clients, and I promise, you’ll see your sales take off!
