Today I know we have a lot going on in our world, which is why I want to talk to you about your attention and focus. And I want to ask you: how focused are you on your client’s outcome and how committed are you to helping your clients win? Or are you allowing, maybe even unknowingly, what’s going on in the world to impact your attention and focus? Because it’s easy to get caught up in the news cycle and to get so obsessed with staying informed, you never take real action.
And my challenge to you is this: if you feel like something needs to change in the world, focus on what you can do rather than getting caught up in the drama. Which leads me to my next important question: how high vibe are you right now and have you been this past week? And how is your vibration helping or maybe hurting your business? Because low vibration and negative energy will block your creative thought.
And high vibration will not only improve your productivity and enhance your creativity but also allow you to take the actions you need to help the people you want to help. After all, have you ever been sitting at your computer, trying to get sh*t done and make a difference in the world, only to struggle to focus and feel hazy and unclear?
Here’s a little secret: when you feel like your creativity is blocked or your thoughts are not flowing, that’s just a symptom. And when you uncover what’s actually blocking them, you can get back into your groove. So, for example, when I was struggling to create a freebie for you all, I realized I was being blocked by the worry: “What if my messaging doesn’t attract the right audience?”
Which leads us to dangers of allowing this kind of negative thinking to continue…
Because here’s the reality: if you’re focused on any sort of fear or negative vibration, that is what you’re going to end up attracting. Our thoughts become things. So in the case of my freebie example, I worked with my coach and was able to find evidence that proved my fear wrong. I saw proof that I am impacting my audience. And so I implore you, when you have a fear like that, look for evidence that shows you’re on the right path. Likewise, when you feel blocked and you can’t pinpoint why you’re stuck, ask yourself, “What’s underneath that thought? Is there fear there? Am I working from a growth mindset and abundance mindset, or is there a belief there that I need to shift?”
I also suggest shifting the focus from you to your customers when you feel lost for answers. Because at the end of the day, your work is about them and what they need, so the answers you’re looking for are often right in front of you. And personally, I meditate and light a candle when I do that because it helps me go from a negative to a neutral to a positive place, but you don’t have to. You just need to focus on the question: “What does your customer need right now?”
And when I was struggling with that freebie and began to brainstorm what my customer needed, it was like I couldn’t stop. I was just writing pages of notes because I went from that negative vibration to the neutral vibration to an uber positive vibration because I could see the outcomes that I was going to help my customers create.

And so I want you to constantly check your state of vibration, not like every second, but at least every day. Check in with yourself, and if you’re operating from a negative vibration, figure out what’s blocking you or get yourself a coach or a mentor who can help you identify those blocks. So I’m going to tell you another story. A couple of days ago, my client wanted to reschedule her meeting because of all the stuff that was going on in the world. I said, “Of course, but do you want to just, like, chat?” So we chatted and it allowed her to raise her vibrational state. And right afterward, we came up with a brilliant business idea for her that could actually help her make a positive impact on what’s going on in our world right now.
Right now, it’s important to remember why we have a business: to create time, financial freedom, and safety. This business is not just about you, the business owner. It’s about the income AND the impact you’re making. And sometimes people give income a bad rap, but people with money can do a lot of good. So if you can get yourself into a high vibrational state and focus on what you need to accomplish, you can also get creative about how you can help the people you want to help and fund the causes you want to fund.
It’s just so amazing that when you’re able to put yourself in your customers’ shoes and tap into a more positive vibe, ideas can start pouring out of you. And for this week’s breakthrough challenge, I’m encouraging you to do this the next time you feel stuck: clear your mind. Put yourself in a high vibration state and seek a trusted adviser. Ask questions, listen actively by taking notes, ask more questions, and open yourself up to new possibilities. And I promise answers will appear by magic once you tap into your high vibe.
