This story is a little vulnerable for me to share. I didn’t want to talk about it because I didn’t want to seem like a complainer. But I think this is important to share, and I hope that it can help you.
I have been dealing with crippling headaches for a long time. I typically get extremely painful headaches for about one week every single month. I usually try to cover it up and carry on with normal life. But it’s really difficult.
One day I realized that a week of headaches every month meant that I was losing three whole months to headaches. Every. Year. When I realized this I knew I had to make a change.
I’ve been on a quest for answers for a long time. I started using CBD, which has really helped. And I started replacing toxic products with different ones over time. Before I was only trying Advil, but that just prolonged the problem. I can now say that with these changes, I haven’t had a single headache in over a month. It’s amazing.
Here’s the thing– my intuition was telling me to make these changes for a long time. But I wasn’t listening. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had listened to my inner voice sooner.
It can be hard to access your own inner voice, but I know it’s there, ready to guide you. I have a few tips for how you can practice accessing it:

Is there a potential cost to following your intuition? Yes. There is risk with nearly every action we take. But there is also risk with NOT listening to your inner voice. What might you miss out on if you don’t? I can tell you I have NEVER regretted following my gut. And I doubt you will either.
