Full-Time Hustle

The Full-Time Hustle isn’t as glamorous as you’d think.

I’ve been thinking a lot about this notion behind the American dream and building your dream business. It’s interesting because down the road as you are working on your business, it’s not as glamorous as you’d think. Sometimes as entrepreneurs we can get stuck in our routine. We get to that point where we are on track to make six figures but we feel like we’re working nonstop. It’s almost like living to work, rather than working to live.

If you feel this way, you’re not alone. I’ve been there and I had to work hard to come out of this place. It took me a lot of mindset work and coaching work. Becoming a coach for my industry is what helped me see this new perspective. However, it also showed me a lot of the struggles entrepreneurs face.

Why you shouldn’t be working in isolation and how you can make your work more fun.

One of the other struggles I started to see entrepreneurs facing, especially right now, is loneliness. It’s the nonstop working in your bubble. It can be hard to create an online community but it doesn’t have to be. That’s where I have a solution for you. I want you to consider this year how you are investing yourself to set yourself up for 2021. What does that community of people look like for you? Who do you need to surround yourself with? You don’t need to be doing all your work alone. You can do the same work in a collaborative group environment and make things fun again! I bet that if you join a like-minded group, you’d see that so many entrepreneurs dealing with full-time hustle are going through the same struggles as you.

The mastermind experience that inspired me to create a community for my audience.

This mastermind concept is one of my favorite things as an entrepreneur to participate in. This year I was in a mastermind with 10-15 amazing people. Everyone did something a little different but we all came together in this container with the mindset to give, share knowledge, and support one another. We shared this abundance and it was a beautiful experience. This made me start thinking about how I wanted to create the same community for my audience. For you loyal listeners who may be interested in joining my mastermind and going through business next year with a group of supportive people and having me as your coach, DM me on Instagram and let me know you are interested! The Full-Time Hustle Trap: Getting Stuck in Constantly Working: The Bottomline

Going into next year, I want you to start thinking about how you can shift from living to work and start working to live. We don’t live to work, but when we do fall into this place, it takes a conscious effort to pull ourselves back out. Think of who you are surrounding yourself with and what you are investing in to get to the next level.
